At Least 3 Shot In Mass. Gay Bar

(Boston, Massachusetts) A young man with blonde hair and wearing a black coat walked into Puzzles Lounge in New Bedford, Massachusetts early Thursday morning, calmly pulled out a gun and began firing.
There were 18 people in the bar at the time.
Witnesses accounts of what transpired vary. Some people said that the man also was armed with an axe. Others say he had a machete and hatchet.
A bartender told local media that the man asked if the the club was gay and if there were any other gay bars in town. Then he began shooting.
Other witnesses said that the attacker hit a man with the hatchet first and as customers tried to subdue him he began shooting.
Police are still gathering witness accounts.
At least three people were shot - two were shot in the face, the third in the chest. A fourth person was hit on the head with the axe or hatchet.
The gunshot victims were airlifted to Boston hospitals. The fourth victim was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford.
Their conditions have not been released.
Following the attack the man quietly walked out of the club and has not been seen since.
